You’ll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth functioning, alongside direct coaching of classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master center KPIs and financial metrics
• Develop relationships with families and staff
• Ensure clean and organized operations
• Delegate tasks effectively within the team
• Drive membership through proactive outreach and events
Requirements:
• Experience in coaching kids aged 15 months to 11 years
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with social media and office applications
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
