General Manager | F&B Tech - Cantonese Speaking

Our client is a fast-growing F&B technology platform providing end-to-end solutions for restaurants — POS, QR ordering, CRM, loyalty, and payments. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a General Manager to develop and lead their presence in Thailand.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the Thailand market — building the local team, driving commercial growth, and managing P&L for the region. This is a hands‑on, build‑and‑scale role suited to someone who thrives on establishing operations from the ground up rather than managing an existing, fully‑built function.

You will work closely with regional leadership based in Hong Kong, balancing strategic direction with on‑the‑ground execution in Thailand.

This role does not require relocation to Thailand; you can be based in KL or HK, with frequent travel to Thailand and Hong Kong as part of the role.
