How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead a team of employees and coordinate on‑floor food service activities
• Direct daily food service operations including menu evaluation and planning, purchasing, inventory, receiving, food preparation and storage
• Establish and maintain solid and mutually beneficial business relationships, ensuring high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention
