General Manager - Distribution & Logistics Operations

Role Overview:
The General Manager – Distribution & Logistics Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing Line Haul and Last Mile delivery operations across the network by driving network design, delivery performance, vendor management, and execution of multi-channel delivery strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective customer fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Network Design
Design and implement the Line Haul and Last Mile delivery network in collaboration with the NSO team
Drive revisions to the existing network plan based on changing business needs, peak season loads, and geographic performance insights
Continuously evaluate cost, coverage, and efficiency to improve delivery performance and reach
Line Haul (LH) Operations
Monitor inter-DC and hub movements across the country to ensure timely and efficient stock transfers
