Position Summary
The General Manager is a senior executive role within Cheslatta Carrier Nation (CCN), responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and administration of the Nation. The General Manager oversees all CCN departments and programs, ensures effective delivery of services to members, manages staff and operational resources, and supports Chief and Council in implementing strategic direction. The General Manager fosters a positive, accountable, and culturally grounded workplace that reflects CCN’s values and advances the well-being of the Cheslatta community.
