Well established IT Managed Services company based in Melbourne's inner suburbs is seeking a General Manager to have end to end ownership of the IT managed services business.
This role will be the single point of accountability for the team, the
clients, service delivery, and the commercial performance of the division.
The role leads and develops the engineering and service desk team, owns the client relationships, creates and directs project work, and is accountable for the operational quality, client retention, and profit and loss of the managed services business.
Skills and background required:
Essential
- Demonstrated experience running, or effectively running, a Managed Services or MSP business. Ideal size would be between 10-30 people
