General Manager Assistant, Worldwide Operations (Hermosillo)

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Are 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.
• 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.

Job requirements

• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Work a versátil schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Key job responsibilities

• Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
• Creating presentation using graphics.
• Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center Staff.
