Job Description

Akelius is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of multi‑family communities. This is a new position with shift hours from 5:00 pm – 1:00 am. Reporting to an experienced property manager, the General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all minor and major repairs of property equipment, including preventative and scheduled maintenance and responding to emergency requests. The Maintenance Technician will be a dependable individual with solid experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and apartment turnover work. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills.

• Respond to any plumbing, electrical, and appliance emergencies within the Toronto portfolio
