Are you an experienced finance leader ready to take ownership of general ledger operations at a regional level? We’re looking for a General Ledger Manager to lead financial reporting, drive process excellence, and build high‑performing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial reporting, month‑end closing, and general ledger activities in line with accounting standards and company policy
• Review and approve reconciliations, financial reports, and critical accounting outputs
• Ensure strong controls, risk management, and audit compliance (internal & external)
• Oversee IFRS compliance across all reporting activities
• Manage stakeholder coordination and escalations related to closing and reporting
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and system implementations/migrations
• Lead team performance, resource planning, and capability development
