General Labourer - Maintenance and Facilities

This position will be employed by Old Yale Brewing's parent company, The Pera Group. The General Laborer will primarily be responsible for conducting a range of repair, maintenance, improvement, and building tasks set out by the Projects Lead. This person is a problem‑solver with strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, a commitment to high‑quality workmanship, and an understanding of how to uniquely approach situations with a “can do” attitude!

This position will report to the Facilities Manager, working closely with and under the direct supervision of the Projects Lead.

General Duties

• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and installations across various properties as instructed by the Project Leads or Managing Partners.
• Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions to the Projects Lead.
• Complete tasks such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, appliance ...
