General Laborer / Machine Operator

Responsible for fabricating, repairing, and preparing pipe components for bundling, operating machinery, maintaining work safety standards, and performing equipment maintenance as part of the fire protection division’s fabrication shop.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (12-hour shift); Work days Wednesday – Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare pipes for bundling, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Fabricate and repair simple components with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and running machinery.
• Maintain an understanding of operating procedures for assigned machines.
• Observe and adhere to workplace safety rules and standards.
• Report any safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe workplace.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment and machinery.
