Responsibilities
- Lead and further build the legal and compliance function within an international and innovation-driven biotech environment.
- Act as strategic legal advisor to senior management and support key business initiatives, including R&D collaborations, commercial partnerships and international expansion projects.
- Oversee a broad range of legal, governance and compliance matters, ensuring pragmatic and business-oriented risk management across the organization.
