About The Position
This position is responsible for assisting with client bottle orders and for receiving and organizing returned samples for login.
Specific Responsibilities
- General duties to support lab operations (client communication, sample login, shipping of samples and bottles).
- Organize workload to client supply requests.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow ALS Safety Manual and policies.
- Work in a team environment.
- Position is for Monday to Friday day shift coverage, but extended, evening or weekend shifts may be required as needed to serve our customers.
- Prepare samples for shipment and complete waybills.
- Deliver shipments to the airport and/or supplies to client offices, as needed.
- Data entry into computer software (LIMS system) for shipping orders.
