Assist day-to-day operations for members (OEP’s customers). Perform primarily back‑office and data‑entry tasks.
- Data entry in Xero (accounting software) and statement reconciliation.
- Inbox clearing and management of traffic from generic inboxes.
- Collections for customers and businesses.
- Job and quote creation.
- Following up on quotes.
- Generic follow‑up: contacting members to confirm missing requirements, verify job bookings, and clarify details.
- Preparing completed jobs for invoicing.
- Auditing technician compliance.
- Generating KPI reports.
- Producing on‑demand reports requested by members.
- Handling after‑hours and regular calls based on member needs.
- Making outbound B2B calls as required.
