General Accounting Manager (Ciudad Juárez)

To establish and maintain an effective and accurate accounting system and develop and administrate appropriate controls for that system in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles.

To maintain control over the overhead categories on our financial statements while also ensuring all required reporting documents are timely and accurate.

• Coordinates and participates in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned accounts.
• Consolidate various monthly results with commentary on key drivers.
• Publish the monthly ops dashboard and ensure variances tie to BPC (reporting system).
• Leads monthly spending reviews & cost improvement analysis with departments and anticipates future spending/savings.
