Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company policies for Group entities
- Liaising with department heads to gather and consolidate financial data and provide insightful analysis
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assisting with the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information
- Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing recommendations to optimise financial performance
- Conduct cost and variance analysis and recommendations
- Preparation of reports for tax compliance and audit requirements
- Mentoring and supervising junior accounting staff, as needed
