Hiring: Senior GenAI Engineer (LLMs, RAG)Location: Toronto, ON (3 days hybrid onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time
We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer h aving 10+ Years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting insurance sales advisors.
What You'll Do:Architect and build RAG-based AI solutions
Develop scalable GenAI services
Evaluate and optimize LLM performance
Implement AI guardrails and monitoring
Mentor junior team members
Key Requirements:6+ years in ML/NLP/AI Engineering
2+ years working with GenAI/LLMs
Solid experience with: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Azure Cloud Architecture, Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI, LLMOps / GenAIOps, Production AI Deployments
Nice to Have:Insurance or Financial Services experience
Power BI / Tableau
