Senior GenAI Engineer (LLMs, RAG)

Location: Toronto, ON (3 days hybrid onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time

We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer having 10+ Years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting insurance sales advisors.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build RAG-based AI solutions
• Develop scalable GenAI services
• Evaluate and optimize LLM performance
• Implement AI guardrails and monitoring
• Mentor junior team members

Key Requirements

• 6+ years in ML/NLP/AI Engineering
• 2+ years working with GenAI/LLMs
• Robust experience with:
• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama
• RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases
• Azure Cloud Architecture
• Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI
• LLMOps / GenAIOps
