Gcss-a Maintenance Records Clerk (Colombia)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order parts, materials, and supplies used in maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
• Process invoices for payment; verify receipt of invoiced parts, materials, and supplies
• Maintain and track inventory records on a computer
• Unload, store, transport, deliver, and distribute parts, materials, and supplies
• Work with vendors/sales representatives; follow up on items not received and check on item prices/availability
• Clean the parts storage and work area

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-10 years related experience
• English professional fluency preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance
• Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check
