A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, events, and long-stay business by driving sales leads and increasing conversion.
**What will I be doing?**
As Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive, you will maximise revenue opportunities by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Receive and convert incoming group, conference, event, and long-stay enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue
+ Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions through up-selling and cross-selling
+ Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
+ Proactively manage existing accounts and develop new accounts with GC&E potential
+ Conduct market research, sales calls, telesales, and online lead generation activities
+ Manage online lead generation and sales platforms
