About the role
As the STP Cross‐Functional Analyst, you will provide governance and escalation support across Source‐to‐Pay processes. You will act as the first point of escalation for BPO and market queries, investigate policy‐driven exceptions, monitor SLA performance, and maintain structured logs for audit readiness.
Summary of responsibilities
Act as the first point of escalation for BPO and market queries before manager involvement.
Investigate and resolve policy‐driven exceptions (e.g., compliance, tax, DOA issues).
Track BPO performance against SLAs and report breaches to the Manager.
