Gbs Inventory & Cost Analyst

Coahuila three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business
**The role**
**What You'll Do**
- Manual Journal entries for closing period
- Monthly account reconciliations, analysis and variance explanations
- Provide accurate, timely and reliable reporting and controls
- Administration of Key performance indicators
- Ensures compliance with GM Corporate policies and external regulatory requirements
- Support audit reviews (internal and external)
- Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making
- Expected to identify opportunities for continuous improvement through the implementation of innovative solutions based on automation tools
- Skilled in data analytics to optimize processes and enhance visualization.
- Participation in Special Projects as needed
- Interacts with internal/external related parties (impacted Business Units, Global Controller’s Team, Global Finance Teams, External Audit...
