Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced GBS HR Business Partner to support and enable our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role combines strategic HR partnership with leadership of HR service delivery initiatives to ensure scalable, compliant, employee-centric, and efficient HR operations.
The incumbent will work closely with GBS leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the development of a world-class HR shared services environment.
