GBS Capabilities Strategy Lead

Reckitt Benckiser is looking for a Head for Capabilities to lead the design and execution of the GBS learning and capability development strategy. You will orchestrate a federated academy model and ensure seamless integration of learning across Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in Learning & Capability Development, you will drive curriculum development and influence senior stakeholders in a complex environment. A strong understanding of the GBS operating model is essential.
