Gate Installer/Technician

Gate Opening Systems Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Gate Installer/Technician to install, assemble and commission mechanical gate systems, access control equipment and associated automation components. The role primarily involves mechanical fitting, alignment and installation of gates, boom barriers and turnstiles, together with the installation of automation equipment and minor fabrication works.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Install, assemble and fit sliding, cantilever, swing and bi-parting gate systems, including structural posts, support frames and mechanical components.
2. Align, adjust and secure rollers, guide tracks, carriage systems, hinges and pivot assemblies to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
3. Install and fit boom barriers, turnstiles and other automated access systems in accordance with engineering specifications and Australian standards.
