The Gate Clerk is responsible for controlling and monitoring the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials at the facility gate. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, security compliance, and smooth gate operations in line with company procedures. Requirements Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles at the gate Verify gate passes, IDs, delivery notes, and permits Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and visitor logs Coordinate with security, yard, and operations teams Issue visitor passes and ensure compliance with site rules Monitor material movements and check delivery documentation Report unauthorized access or suspicious activities immediately Ensure gate area remains organized and operational at all times Communicate gate-related information to supervisors Follow HSE and security procedures strictly
