Responsibilities

• A gardener is responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces, such as gardens, parks, and landscapes, to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. Key responsibilities include:
• Plant Care: Planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing flowers, shrubs, trees, and vegetables.
• Landscape Maintenance: Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, and maintaining garden beds.
• Soil Management: Testing and improving soil quality, adding compost, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Pest and Disease Control: Identifying and managing pests and diseases using organic or chemical treatments.
