Responsibilities

• Own the 12‑month and 24‑month roadmap and quarterly release plan.
• Project‑manage every game from kickoff, GDD sign‑off, dev sprints, art and audio delivery, internal QA, lab submission, ORYX integration, soft launch, to live operation.
• Hire, onboard, and performance‑manage the studio team.
• Manage external vendors (art, audio, legal, accounting).
• Coordinate B2B licensing.
• Make build‑vs‑buy decisions for adjacent capabilities such as analytics, simulation tooling, and art pipeline.
