Responsibilities
- Testing Management & Execution : Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of global Beta tests. Responsibilities include screening tester applications, distributing test builds, tracking NDA compliance, and fulfilling tester rewards
- Community & User Management: Support the day-to-day operations of global communities (e.g. Discord). Handle player inquiries and customer support tickets from global users. Strictly uphold operational guidelines to ensure all issues are addressed promptly or escalated effectively
- Localization Coordination: Manage and drive the translation, proofreading, and implementation of multilingual operational content (e.g., emails, announcements, user agreements). Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of global content
