Responsibilities
- Design in-game systems for player progression, retention, and monetization
- Shape player journeys to optimize long-term retention curves
- Utilize Unity to playtest features, content, and balancing
- Own the design, balance, and monitoring of game economy and liveops
- Collaborate with product teams on virtual bundles, pricing, and in-app purchases
- Plan and execute seasonal liveops and monetization features
- Leverage data to monitor core KPIs and recommend optimization hypotheses
Requirements
- Previous experience in senior or mid-level (3+ years) game design roles
- Experience with midcore and mobile free-to-play titles
- Proven track record with at least one scaled F2P mobile game in liveops stage
