Be in charge of company activities such as: end year party, company trip…

Manage and arrange air tickets for expatriate team on vacation/business trips, foreigner’s visa, temporary residence card…

Manage and control office purchasing and liaising with suppliers (stationery, drinking water, office supplies....)

Dealing with local and relevant government authorities related to company’s legal affairs

Plan and arrange training courses, follow & update training result

Support Japanese for general management...
