Job Description

The FVT Loyalty Services Solution Designer leads the creation of campaign solutions and enabling services plans. They leverage the campaign platform architecture to organize and develop technical solutions, collaborating with squad leads and development teams throughout the delivery cycle. The role ensures alignment of ideas with design approaches and stitches different technical capabilities into a complete end‑to‑end campaign solution.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the campaign solution plan using the platform architecture and the high‑level solution from feasibility and ideation stages.
• Organize and develop the technical solution by working with the squad lead and the development team across the entire delivery cycle, from clarifying campaign requirements to making recommendations, conducting design reviews, and validating solutions.
