About the Role
We are re‑defining the fleet management industry to be people‑first, and we need a client‑focused Relationship Manager on our Commercial team to drive long‑term revenue growth, client retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary owner and executive steward of assigned client relationships across the full customer lifecycle, responsible for overall client health, retention, growth, and long‑term strategic partnership success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and annual portfolio plans that achieve revenue growth, client retention, pricing optimization, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities.
