Fusion Café Sous Chef — Lead Kitchen, Menu & Costing

SEPTEMBER COFFEE PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead our café kitchen, collaborating with the Head Chef to maintain quality and consistency across all menu offerings. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2 Food Hygiene certification, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to cover weekends and public holidays. Experience managing a cafe or similar operation is a plus.
