Your Opportunity

Reporting to a Manager, Furnishings & Equipment, Capital Projects, the F&E Education Team Lead supervises a team of F&E Process Specialists, an Education Coordinator and an Education Scheduler. This Team Lead is accountable to organize and plan the team's workload in accordance with direction from the F&E Management Team and to ensure the F&E Education Strategic Framework is successfully implemented on schedule and as outlined. This positively impacts the F&E Department to meet the strategic health infrastructure and operational outcomes of new, expanded or renovated AHS facilities or clinical services in a repeatable, standardized and measurable manner. This Team Lead delivers solutions to multiple complex challenges and plays a key role in communication to advance F&E services across the province.
