Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience in fundraising, partnerships or business development.
• Proven track record in donor acquisition and partnership management.
• Strong communication, proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of charity governance and compliance in Singapore.

Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Optimisation

• Lead the review, refinement and execution of 4S' existing fundraising strategy to strengthen sustainability and diversify income streams.
• Develop a balanced fundraising portfolio (corporates, foundations, individuals, community partnerships).
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with organisational funding needs and programme priorities.
