Fund Operations Specialist (Asset Management)

Our client, a well-established asset management firm is seeking for a Fund Operations Specialist to support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of investment products and fund offerings, ensuring efficient product setup, smooth operational execution, and ongoing governance.

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of investment funds, from structuring and launch to ongoing maintenance and eventual closure
• Coordinate new fund launches , including VCC structures, offshore funds, and managed accounts, working closely with investment, legal, compliance, and service providers
• Manage product onboarding processes , ensuring accurate setup across internal systems, platforms, and external distributors
• Maintain and update fund documentation , including prospectuses, fact sheets, term sheets, and regulatory filings
