Fund Development Officer for Youth

Penny Appeal Canada seeks a motivated Fund Development Officer to enhance community engagement and fundraising strategies. This role focuses on relationship building and implementing diverse initiatives.
As part of the fundraising team, you will develop key relationships with stakeholders from various communities, particularly youth from visible minority backgrounds. You'll manage fundraising strategies that drive revenue to support critical organization programs. Your tasks will include organizing volunteer events, maintaining donor databases, and reporting progress to senior management.
