The successful applicant will perform accounting functions and reporting for a portfolio of closed‑ended clients in line with service level agreements, and will support annual financial statements and audit liaison.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Investor Services & Transfer Agency
- Prepare deliverables on time to allow administrator team to deliver investor communication in line with agreed SLAs.
- Respond to and resolve investor queries, with assistance from the team leader where needed.
- Manage/facilitate investor transactions such as capital calls and distributions.
- Perform accounting for investor‑related transactions.
- Accounting and Fund Operations
- Understand client fund documentation and requirements.
- Capture fund payments on online banking platforms.
