Fund Administration Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Process and enter critical alternative investment information (capital calls, distributions, and valuations) for clients into a workflow/performance system
• Prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements
• Reconcile agreed‑upon metrics, including unfunded commitments, IRR, and MOIC, and exchange data flows with clients' platforms
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customized services provided to clients
• Onboard, train, and assist with performance reviews for direct reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, onboard new clients and historical data
• Analyze and onboard new clients' datasets
• Serve as an expert in alternative investments data management and portfolio reporting
