What You’ll Do
+ Manage Fund and General Partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations.
+ Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements.
+ Support annual audits and tax filings.
+ Monitor cash positions across assigned funds.
+ Calculate, record, and process capital calls and distributions for funds and investments.
