We are seeking a Functional Product Owner with experience in Assisted Channel working close to one of our main clients in the banking sector. The role also involves leading the definition and evolution of omnichannel inbound and outbound commercial campaign capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and optimizing commercial interaction workflows, campaign servicing journeys, customer targeting capabilities, and campaign operational processes used across Contact Centers, Branches, and remote servicing teams in commercial campaigns.
