Job Description

• Develop and oversee schedules for Shift In Charge and team members, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and monitoring the completion of duties.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, including appraisals, coaching, and development plans to ensure team members meet or exceed performance expectations.

• Monitor daily attendance to ensure adequate staffing and address any attendance-related issues promptly.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment by supporting and encouraging team members to perform at their best.
