Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional SME for D365 Project Operations and Finance modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Configure and support D365 solutions to meet business and operational needs.
• Provide production support, including issue triage, root‑cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system incidents.
• Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of enhancements.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to maximize the value of D365 capabilities.
