We're looking for a client-focused Odoo Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You'll lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design across Odoo implementations, working hands-on with clients through go-live and beyond, while partnering closely with our development team to bring solutions to life. What You'll Do
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and process mapping
Conduct gap analysis and design Odoo-based solutions that fit real business workflows
Configure Odoo modules and write functional specs/user stories for the dev team
Own end-to-end implementation: planning, configuration, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
Deliver user training and maintain clear system documentation
Provide ongoing functional support and flag opportunities for process improvement
Keep pace with new Odoo releases and evolving best practices What We're Looking For
