As a Support Worker in the Memengwaa program, you will promote wellness while facilitating community involvement among youth. Foster growth through skill-building and provide direct support to help them thrive in their transitional living environment, making a significant difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic support for youth's wellness
• Organize community and recreational activities
• Encourage youths' participation in local initiatives
• Assist with life skills through guidance in daily tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of youth progress
Requirements:
• Social services training is advantageous
• Necessary criminal records checks required
• Valid Driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed
