Become a key player at AssetWorks GPS as a Full-Time Support Analyst in Calgary. You'll provide technical support and ensure clients maximize the value of our GPS platform.
As a vital member working with Customer Care and Professional Services, you'll diagnose and resolve technical issues, aiding clients in Canada and the United States. Your role will encompass onboarding clients, resolving GPS hardware and software issues, and collaborating with development teams to escalate problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage GPS hardware and software issues promptly
• Support client onboarding and AWGPS platform configuration
• Escalate bugs with documentation to the development team
• Troubleshoot remotely using various software tools
• Identify support patterns and propose workflow enhancements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
