You will be accountable for performance monitoring, staff training, and managing statistical data for optimal team functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and monitor performance objectives and standards
• Instruct employees in maintenance methods and procedures
• Manage statistical data including attendance and safety reports
• Participate in monthly maintenance meetings for team updates
• Support orientation and training for Transit Maintenance staff
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as a journeyperson tradesperson
• Valid Truck and Coach Technician certificate
