Role Overview
The Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef and plays a key leadership role in managing culinary teams and supporting Front of House staff. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, maintaining high quality and consistency, and ensuring seamless service for guests.

- Oversee food preparation and cooking operations across multiple kitchens and restaurants, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and exceptional quality.
- Establish, implement, and enforce departmental and corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify and recommend methods to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
