Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to be a part of our service department at Madrid 4S dealership (BYD + DENZA). This role is pivotal in ensuring an excellent car‑buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales contracts and processing orders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services.
• Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer inspection.
• Coordinate with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Monitor and update vehicle inventory records.
